Semper Consulting’s Roots in Longwood, Florida: Home Base From Day One

Every company has an origin story, but not every company keeps that story front and center. A founding date can shrink into a throwaway line on an About page, and a headquarters can turn into just an address on a contact form. For us, the where and when have stayed part of the story on purpose, because Central Florida — the Longwood and Orlando area — has been our home base since the very beginning. If you’re researching us before an interview or a partnership, that continuity is worth knowing.

The Founding Facts, Plainly Stated

We were founded in Central Florida — the Longwood/Orlando area — opening our doors on April 1, 2024. That’s not a rounded-off year or a vague “early 2020s” guess. It’s the specific date we started operating, and Central Florida has been home ever since. If you’ve searched “where is Semper Consulting located,” here’s the direct answer: our headquarters sits at 1425 W State Rd 434, Suite 113, Longwood, FL 32750, right on the 434 corridor in Seminole County, a short drive from downtown Orlando.

Why Central Florida Works as Home Base

Longwood wasn’t picked off a map. Central Florida gave us easy access to the Orlando metro’s fast-growing telecom and service market, along with a pool of talent that already calls the region home. Mackenzie Topinka, our recruiter, grew up nearby in Apopka. Sales Representative Leader Phyllis Lai built her career after moving to Orlando at eighteen. When people hear about our Central Florida roots, that’s what we actually mean: not just an office lease, but a team that already lived here before we gave them a reason to stay. It also means candidates coming in for an interview are walking into a building we’ve occupied since we opened, not a rotating address.

A Veteran-Led Identity, Woven In From the Start

Our founder, Tyler Lozier, is a Marine Corps veteran, and that background shaped this company from the jump. Our name itself nods to that history: “Semper” comes from “semper fidelis,” the Marine Corps motto meaning “always faithful.” That idea of loyalty, to a team, to a client, to a commitment made on day one, has stuck around as more than a name. It shows up in how we train and promote from within, and it’s a big part of why we get described as a veteran-led sales firm in Florida rather than just another sales office. Our founding story and our home base are tied together for a reason: both were built to last.

Growing Without Leaving Home

Home base doesn’t mean standing still. Earlier this year, we opened a second office in Savannah, Georgia, led by Alyra Tiemkongkarn, who grew into that leadership role right here in Longwood before taking it on the road. That’s our model going forward: develop people at home, then trust them to open the next door. Longwood stays our headquarters. Every new location traces back to it, which keeps our history readable in a straight line instead of a scattered one.

That’s the short version of our history: founded in Central Florida in 2024, still headquartered in the Longwood/Orlando area today, and built by people who consider Central Florida home rather than just a business address. If you want to see what that history looks like in practice, our careers page is a good place to start.
