“Semper” comes from the Latin for “always,” and it shows up in a lot of company names for the same reason it shows up in ours: it sounds like a promise. The difference between Semper International and Semper Consulting, or between us and any other Semper, comes down to three details. We’re in Longwood, FL. We do sales consulting. And we were founded by a Marine.

Who We Are
Semper Consulting is a Florida-based sales consulting company that specializes in face-to-face customer acquisition for the nation’s leading cellular, fiber, and TV providers. We opened our doors on April 1, 2024. Big brands hire us to represent them in person, and our team spends its days meeting the people who use those services, answering questions, and helping them make a good decision.
Our President, Tyler Lozier, served in the United States Marine Corps before he built this company, and you can feel it in how we operate. There’s structure here, and there’s an expectation that you show up ready. But there’s also the other half of the Marine Corps motto. Semper fidelis means “always faithful,” and that loyalty runs toward our clients, our customers, and especially the people on our team. The Marine Corps mindset is a big part of why people who start here in an entry-level role grow into leaders.
Our mission is short, and we mean it: exceeding expectations while honoring commitments. Our values are integrity, leadership, growth, results, culture, and recognition, and that last one matters more than people expect. We celebrate wins loudly around here.

Our headquarters is at 1425 W State Rd 434, Suite 113, Longwood, FL 32750, right on the 434 corridor in Seminole County. Central Florida isn’t just where we keep an office, it’s where most of us are from. Our recruiter, Mackenzie Topinka, was born and raised in Apopka and spent years working in DeLand before she joined us. Phyllis Lai, one of our Sales Representative Leaders, moved to Orlando at eighteen and built her career here. When we say local, we mean the people, not just the address.
And the map is starting to grow. This summer we opened in Savannah, Georgia, with an office led by Alyra Tiemkongkarn, who developed into that role right here in Longwood. That’s how we plan to keep expanding: grow leaders at home, then send them somewhere new. Not bad for a company that opened in April 2024.
