AT&T hires us as their sales team rather than hiring one internally. So we meet with their customers and give client-specific presentations. We are looking for someone to cross-train in sales, marketing, team development, and management.

What is the pay for the position?

On average, our Sales Representatives make between $65,000 – $75,000 a year, depending on weekly bonuses and incentives, with our highest performers making upwards of $90,000 in their first year here.

How do we respond to negative reviews?

Are you offering any remote or hybrid positions?

Right now, we are only offering a full-time position on-site in Longwood, FL.

What do you mean by face-to-face sales?

We work with AT&T on a lead-based residential campaign. We are only able to meet with the customers they ask us to and that they have already vetted for us.

What if I'm too overqualified for an entry level position?

We are a 100% merit-based company. What that means is that everyone starts at the Entry-level position, and we strictly promote from within. Every position has goals to hit in order to move up accordingly.

What are the working hours at Semper Consulting?

We work every Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM and we work on some Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What are the qualifications for the position?

Since this starts off as an entry-level position, you shouldn’t have to worry about not reaching the qualification level. While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, a high school diploma is perfectly acceptable. The main thing we ask is that you have a valid driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation.
