Semper Consulting is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-oriented background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Prospecting: Identify and prospect new customers on behalf of our client through in-person, face-to-face sales.
  2. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges. Present solutions and product offerings tailored to meet clients’ needs, effectively communicating value propositions and benefits.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource. Establish rapport, build credibility, and foster long-term partnerships through regular communication and follow-up.
  4. Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  5. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines effectively, tracking progress, updating CRM systems, and prioritizing sales activities to maximize efficiency and results. Forecast sales projections accurately and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred but not necessary.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front-facing customer role.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.

Account Manager: This marks the foundational stage of our enterprise, where the journey towards leadership initiation commences. The initial phase of our operations entails comprehensive training in direct marketing, in-person sales, fostering client relations, mastering territory and time management, as well as honing problem-solving techniques. The primary objective at the entry-level is to gain an intricate understanding of the product we represent, how to effectively market it to our target audience, and, significantly, how to generate sales for our clientele.

 

Team Lead: Upon completion of the Account Manager phase, our team members progress into assuming greater leadership roles within our organization. As a Management Trainee at this office, individuals will take charge of fostering the growth and advancement of a sales team comprising 2-10 members, all while further refining their sales and marketing acumen.

 

Junior Partner: In this subsequent phase, team members delve into the operational intricacies vital for steering a prosperous marketing and sales consultancy. Training encompasses various facets, including human resources, recruitment, public relations, advertising, payroll, and bookkeeping. This role entails close collaboration with the administrative team to grasp the essential dynamics that sustain office operations from 9 to 5.

 

Managing Partner: Transitioning into a managerial role, individuals now oversee a branch location representing our esteemed Fortune 500 clients in markets nationwide. Our Managing Partners persist in enhancing their interpersonal skills and managerial competencies well beyond the successful completion of their training, originally undertaken at our Orlando location. This ongoing evolution and advancement position them to assume responsibilities encompassing the oversight of multiple offices and marketing initiatives at the behest of our clients in the future.
